To register the Institute for the Capitan Cooking competition, just download the documentation, fill it in and send the documents to the email address [email protected].

Each institute can register for the competition from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 3 teams.

The composition of the teams must allow the realization of all the activities envisaged by the Competition and which concern: the creation of two cooking dishes (a first course and a second course), a pastry dish (a dessert), the pairing of a drink and the description of the territory. All activities can be covered by students regardless of the school address to which they belong.
